SUMMARY:Christmas get-together meet-up
DESCRIPTION:To mark the Christmas season\, we thought it would be a nice idea to have a social get-together and a chat this evening. We will therefore be meeting up in a local hostelry this evening for a festive drink. This will be a great chance for all of our members to socialise\, and perhaps to meet people that they haven’t spoken to before. For new members this is an opportunity to get to know the club better\, too. \nThe venue will be the bar of the Lamb Hotel in the centre of Ely\, from around 7pm onwards – please pop in\, you will be very welcome\, and you can bring your partners too if you wish. It will be great to see everyone\, as there never seems to be enough time during the tea/coffee breaks at the College! \nMost of you will be familiar with the Lamb\, but for those of you who aren’t\, we would suggest parking at the Council Offices in Nutholt Lane\, CB7 4EE\, (near the Police station) where parking is free out of office hours. If you drive round to the rear car park behind the Council offices\, you can then walk towards Market Street\, and you will see the Lamb Hotel ahead as you walk towards the Cathedral.. \nMerry Christmas to all of you\, and we hope to see as many of you there as possible.
