DESCRIPTION:Penny Reeves will be the judge for this evenings Print Panel competition. \nIn the Themed panel competition members can enter 3\, 4\, 5 or 6 prints and the theme is at the choice of the member. \nThe external Judge will critique the panel but will not provide a score. They will hold back the strongest panels and then review these to select 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd places. \n
