DESCRIPTION:The second time that the club have run this event\, where eight local clubs (including EPC) will compete for the Shield. Each club will submit four pdi’s and four prints\, and the judge this year will be Colin Mill. DESCRIPTION:This evening we will be holding a non-league competition on Zoom judged by Jim Bennett. Scores from this competition will NOT count towards the PDI League.  \nThis is a new idea\, so we will see how it goes! \nIn previous years\, three images were allowed to be submitted to each PDI League competition\, with the top scoring two counting towards the League total. Now that we have had to restrict League competitions to two entries each\, both scores will count\, which means that you don’t get the chance to try entering something a bit different. To compensate for that\, this evenings competition will allow you to enter up to two pdi images that you can have a bit of fun with\, maybe trying a different post-processing treatment\, using a filter or a different technique or an unusual subject. Your images should be something creative\, perhaps something that maybe you wouldn’t consider entering into a scoring league competition\, but which you would still like a judges input for?  read more

Barbie is a member of the Beyond Group and describes herself as a photography obsessive\, taking her camera everywhere including Tesco’s! \nRusty is also a photographer and photo artist specialising in digital manipulation of images\, and also a member of the Beyond Group. SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting and Members Choice competition
DESCRIPTION:The final event of the season will be the Club AGM\, the presentation of Award Certificates to all of our season’s competition winners\, and our annual Members Choice competition where members present at the AGM can vote for their favourite print and PDI of the year. Each person has three votes\, and the highest number of votes decides the winner. You can enter an image or print from the year\, or an entirely new one. \nEly Photographic Club very much hope that you have enjoyed the Programme of Events that we have put on for you over the season (special thanks to our Programme Secretary\, Chris!) and are looking forward to next year already!  read more
