SUMMARY:A45 PDI competition
DESCRIPTION:Around 8 clubs will compete in this event\, which will be hosted by Bury St. Edmunds Photographic Society. This is a PDI competition with each club submitting 7 images\, and no more than 2 per author. Entries will be judged by Ken Payne\, and EPC members are encouraged to go along to the competition to support the club – admission is free. (Please note that this is on a Thursday evening). The event is at the New Bury Community Centre in Bury\, map below.

SUMMARY:The Little Print Show
DESCRIPTION:Jonathan Vaines will be talking about adopting an artistic approach to photography\, stepping out of the club mainstream. Along with individual images we will see the motivational benefits of working with projects\, sets\, and groups of image. Most of Jonathan’s images are created using in-camera techniques and the focus of the evening will be “thinking inside the box”. The talk is primarily prints\, but presented via Powerpoint with 60 prints on display during the evening.
