Print Competition 2 of 3, 2025/26

On Wednesday 5 November 2025, we held our second print competition of the season when 49 colour and 19 mono images were judged by Colin Mill.

The following prints scored a maximum 20/20 in the colour section:

“Reed Bunting Portrait” by John Harvey, “Banded Demoiselle” by Ray Watson, “Buachaille Etive Mor” by Kevin Pigney, and “Dunlin Preening” by Hedley Wright.

The following prints scored 19/20:

“Kingfisher at Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve” by Nick Bowman, “Lee Healey Full Throttle” by Nigel Lucas, “Osea Beach Huts” by Maurice Wright, “Say it with Flowers” by Hedley Wright, and “Like Father, Like Daughter” by Bruce Liggitt

In the Mono section, the following prints scored a maximum 20/20:

“Taking a Drink” by Vivienne Houghton, “Maximum Concentration” by Hedley Wright, and “Edwardian Flying Machine – Avro 1” by Maurice Wright.

These prints scored 19/20:

“Alstromeria Abstract” by Pauline Griggs, “Light and Shade” by John Amas, and “London New Builds” by Andrew Moncur
