PDI 1 of 3, 2024/25

On Wednesday 11 December we held our first digital image competition of the season where a good entry of 65 images were judged by Nick Akers.

The following images scored a maximum of 20/20 in the competition:

“Kingfisher emerging” by Kevin Pigney, “Kyle Ride (OMG Grilla Yamaha)” by Maurice Wright, “Warehouse” by Roger Newark, “Great Spotted Woodpecker thrust mode” by Nick Bowman, and “Bee-eater” by Bruce Liggitt.

The following images also scored highly with 19/20:

“Port Erin Sunset” and “Framlingham Dawn” both by Phil Lenney,  “Kestrel” by Kevin Pigney, “Focus of a Champion” and “Marsh Harrier” both by by Bruce Liggitt, and  “Osprey 059 with her brown trout supper” by Kim Jones.
