PDI 1 of 3, 2025/26

On Wednesday 10 December 2025 we held our first Projected Digital Image competition of the season, when a large entry of 78 images were judged by Nick Akers.

The following images scored a maximum 20 points:

“High Street Passage” by Hedley Wright, “Cuckoo Dispute” by Bruce Liggitt, “To the City” and “Rhapsody in Blue” by Roger Newark, “Kingfisher with Dragonfly Nymph” by John Harvey, and “Barn Owl in Flight” by Andy Moncur.

Also scoring highly with 19 points were:

“Kyle Ryde at the Old Hairpin, Donington” by Maurice Wright, “Kestrel” by Ray Watson, “Moonwalk” by John Amas, “Chinoiserie” by Pauline Griggs, “Osprey” by Kim Jones, and “Blue Tit Displaying” by Nick Bowman.
