On 24 November 2021 Ely hosted a 3-way Battle against Melbourn and Bottisham&Burwell clubs. This competition has been held for 5 years and Melbourn have won it each time. However, on this occasion Ely Photographic Club came out on top with a score of 318 points, against Bottisham&Burwell’s second place (309 points) and Melbourn’s third place (303 points).  Well done to all of the participants, there were some great images, and EPC are delighted to finally win this event!

New Season for 2021/22

The new season for Ely Photographic Club starts on Wednesday 22 September 2021 at 7.30pm via the Zoom app.

The opening meeting will include a welcome to our new members, as well as a welcome back to existing ones, and a look forward to the exciting new season that we have lined up by going through our programme of events in detail.

We will be talking about what subjects members would like us to cover at the Advanced Photo Group meetings which we hold on the first Thursday of each month.

Later in the meeting we will have a look at some images that members have submitted for critique to give our new members an idea of what judges are looking for in a successful image. read more
